Terms of Use

This is a concise v1 terms page describing the current boundary for the website, consultation flow, and later service delivery.

Last updatedApril 10, 2026

Service scope

4096Bytes currently provides guidance, access support, pricing context, and onboarding help around global AI tooling. The public website does not yet represent a complete self-serve fulfillment flow for every service action.

Some capabilities may still depend on manual communication, manual activation, or later productized workflows. Public copy is intended to help users evaluate fit, not replace final operational confirmation.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service or later access capabilities for unlawful, abusive, infringing, disruptive, or security-threatening behavior, including attempts to bypass controls or interfere with other users.

If we determine that a usage pattern creates material compliance, security, or reliability risk, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website and service stable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability of every function at all times, and we cannot guarantee constant availability of upstream dependencies.

Model behavior, upstream platform policy, network conditions, and third-party infrastructure can affect the delivered experience.

Subscriptions, refunds, and changes

Plans, quota examples, and pricing descriptions on the site are designed to explain the current offer structure. Final pricing, limits, and delivery details remain subject to the active purchase flow or explicit manual confirmation at the time.

If refund, cancellation, compensation, or manual upgrade cases arise, they will be handled according to the then-current public explanation or the confirmed support communication.

Intellectual property and content boundary

The site's brand assets, copy, visual design, and structure belong to 4096Bytes or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, resold, or misrepresented in a misleading way without permission.

Code, repository context, and business material that you later provide during onboarding remain yours or your licensors'.

Termination and updates

We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service because of security, compliance, upstream changes, maintenance, or product decisions.

If those changes materially affect the public operating boundary, we will update the relevant page copy, terms, or service notes accordingly.

Contact and later versions

This page is the current launch-ready short form and will evolve as formal checkout, community, and support flows become public.

Until a fuller reviewed document is published, these terms are meant to describe the visible boundary and the baseline expectations for using the service.

For formal procurement, legal review, or enterprise process needs, a later fully reviewed version should be treated as authoritative once published.
